Communication and customer service seem to be lacking, as evident from the difficulty in reaching reception and the unresponsiveness to guest complaints.

The balcony view was amazing, especially in the morning. The bed in my room was comfortable and made for a cozy night's sleep. Despite a few minor issues, the overall experience was definitely worth the cost.

The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location was perfect, with beautiful beach views and easy access to all the attractions in the area.
There were some negative aspects to our experience. The noise levels from the bar downstairs were quite loud and went on until the early hours of the morning, difficult to sleep.

The location was amazing, just a short walk to the ferry and close to shops. It was so convenient and close to everything. The hotel facilities were clean and the staff were helpful and friendly.

We stayed at this venue and loved it! The location was perfect, right across the beach, which made it easy to enjoy some leisure time. The hotel had plenty of facilities, including a sun terrace and a restaurant/bar lounge area, where we enjoyed a welcome drink. Our room was well-equipped with a mini-bar, electric kettle, and kitchen utensils so we could make ourselves a snack. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even better.
That our room was located above the beer garden, which closes at 3 am, so some noise could be heard. However, we would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.
